The Foundation for California Community Colleges (FCCC) supports an array of Microsoft Licensing Agreements which have been created to specifically benefit institutions, faculty/staff and students across the nation. Currently, FCCC supports the following Agreements:

Microsoft Campus Agreement
The Microsoft Campus Agreement (MSCA) is an annual, subscription licensing program specially created to address the unique needs of higher educational institutions.

The following options are available under the MSCA:

* Faculty /Staff Work-at-Home Rights: Work-at-Home rights (WAH) for Faculty and Staff are included in the MSCA. Faculty and staff from participating institutions are eligible to purchase Microsoft work-at-home media (CD-ROM) through FCCC.
* Student Option for Work-at-Home Media: Some institutions have elected to purchase the Student Option under the MSCA. Students from participating institutions are eligible to purchase Work-at-Home media (CD-ROM) through FCCC.

Microsoft Academic Select 6 Agreement
FCCC offers volume discounts for all 108 CCC at the institutional level. This is a way to purchase Microsoft products not covered under the Microsoft Campus. If you are a non CCC Institution, please contact your Microsoft Campus Agreement reseller for information on Select Agreements.

Microsoft Student Select Agreement
California Community College Students are now eligible to purchase software at substantial discounts through the Microsoft Student Select Agreement. See www.collegesoftware.org.

Participating colleges have paid an annual subscription license fee allowing faculty/staff to order media (CD-ROMs) for work-at-home use. Faculty/staff are only paying to lease the media. The media is fully licensed as long as your college’s/university’s Microsoft® Campus Agreement is in place and you remain an eligible employee. The license provides that you may only order one of each program during the license year; you are, however, allowed to order one copy of a NEW revision or version upon its release. Windows® upgrades require that a Windows® operating system (OS) be previously installed on your computer. All disks are fully guaranteed; defective disks are replaced at no charge within 30 days of delivery.
